I had 2 Phone interview, after 2 weeks I received the offer letter. The first phone interview was 40 minutes the second was 1 hour with 2 people. I also did excel, work, writing, typing test, logical thinking test. The excel and work were easy. Writing was trick. All process took about 1 month.
