I got the interview from a recruiter, then a call from Manager. He asked about projects, java questions, but he did not seem knowlegeable at all.
After I got feedback from the recruiter, I learned that they have rejected me because I said in 5 yrz I wanna be involved on managerial scale. Obviously they didn't like that because they wanna keep people at the bottom and prevent them from advancing..
They give jobs to their friends and people who fit their national and ethic group, everybody knows everyone.

10 minutes interview with HR, 30 minutes interview with the team leader. Asked questions about my resume. I did not have the coding question. He introduced the project his team worked on.
Bad interview process , HR scheduling interviews on time but the interviewer were quite odd . Got this through referral.
