The interview was very conversation-like. Asked a series of questions, but definitely opened enough time to branch off topic and continue the conversation outside the interview question. Great overall interview.

Question 1
Tell me about a time an employee was acting negatively towards a direction.
I applied for the Multi-Unit Team Leader role which aligned more with my background. A month later the recruiter reached out regarding an Associate Team Leader role instead which sounded like a gloried receptionist at $19-20/hr. The manager overseeing this role was also in the interview but she didn’t seem interested in talking to me. Really disappointed with the whole interview and process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at H&R Block (Enterprise, AL) in Oct 2023
Interview
There are a few people you interview with. Usually like a recruiter first then they will refer you to the hiring manager or district manager. Possibly a 3rd interview but that is situation based.
