Telephone with Hiring Manager. Applied on the website. I was not contacted for about a month. Most hiring is done between September and January. Patience paid off and there was only one interview and I was enrolled in the preparation class. If you study and pass you get a PTIN. With a PTIN you are almost guaranteed to be hired.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
