Standard HR Phone screen first round. Was reached out to for a second round and set a time for a 60 minute panel the following week. 30 minutes prior, I was called and notified we would have to cancel due to a rough prod outage. OK, sometimes stuff happens, it's all good.
We reschedule for the next week. I show up to the virtual meeting, wait around for 15 minutes, and nobody shows up. I ask my point of contact about it, wondering if it's a tech issue on either side, no response until the next day where I learn that the reschedule was simply forgotten about by the interviewers. We reschedule for A THIRD TIME, mostly because I'm just curious what in the world a team could be like that is this disorganized in the interview process. They do show this time, and the big takeaway from our talk was about how tax season is crazy for them, and "it's common to work 50-60 hours a week this time of year" but "they're working fixing that".
