There was an Initial phone interview followed by video chat. Recruiter called first and arranged next call with District Manager. They were very personable and offered a position at the close of the interview.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
