Applied online and completed a web questionnaire with typical questions (i.e. "I like to work in groups - Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree") Received a phone call to schedule a face-to-face interview at the training office. She was a wonderfully nice lady who asked important questions that give you insight on the type of job you will be doing. She told me right away that she would like to extend an offer for employment and what the pay would be like, and I signed all my employment documents (I-9, etc) within the next week.

I was reached out to after a few months of me submitting my resume to them in a Career fair. Pretty simple and straightforward. It was a part-time position so it will be general.

Great company! I enjoyed working there for the tax season. I learned a lot and everyone was very friendly. It gets extremely busy but it’s rewarding and you gain a lot of knowledge

Interview
Interviewed with the manager at one the office locations and she explained details about the job and tasks you would have to do. After the interview, the manager got back to me about the job.
