Interview
First you have to pass their tax training course to even apply to work as a tax professional. You meet with an interviewer in one of the H&R Block offices. The process takes about 30 minutes. There were set questions from an interview sheet.

The interview questions are behavioral questions. They ask what DID you do in a situation instead of what would you do. The best thing to do is prepare with a few good examples of your skills.

I applied for an Experienced Tax Professional position after passing their Tax Knowledge Assessment. I got a call from the DGM who asked about my experience with tax preparation. We've discussed pay and location and an offer letter was sent afterwards

Via zoom meeting and not so elaborating process if have done course with them. Accounting studies would be best with any customer support or sales experience from past and it’s a seasonal job for around 4 months if you are thinking to take there level 01 course
