I applied for an Experienced Tax Professional position after passing their Tax Knowledge Assessment. I got a call from the DGM who asked about my experience with tax preparation. We've discussed pay and location and an offer letter was sent afterwards

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&R Block (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2014
Interview
First, we need to attend the training. The training is provided by H&R Block. It is usually provided from September to December. The training is six hours per week. There are two exams during the training. One is theory and one is computer. If you pass the exams with 80% or higher. You will get the opportunity to talk with District Manager. The interview is not difficult, and most District Managers are very nice and friendly.

Via zoom meeting and not so elaborating process if have done course with them. Accounting studies would be best with any customer support or sales experience from past and it’s a seasonal job for around 4 months if you are thinking to take there level 01 course
