Pretty simple. Basic questions as well as a test see how well you handle multi tasking. Interview is fairly laid back and more of a conversation. Looking for people who can see the big picture.

Interview
Incredibly long, convoluted and full of lies. This was a very frustrating interview process with many steps and no plan. I felt that the hiring managers, all 5 of them, did not know what was going on or how to interview for this position. It went on for months, with many setbacks and delays. The entire process was very generic and I literally had people reading out of a pamphlet in front of me. This company is not forward thinking and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. And at the end of the process, no one would even tell you if you did or did not get the job. One of the worst interview processes I've ever experienced.
