Interview
The interviewer was 5 minutes late and ended the call 5 minutes early despite asking me minimal questions. They also got my name wrong in both the introduction and the followup email. They also couldn't answer seemingly simple questions about the current strike price of equity and how often targets have been hit for bonus payouts. They felt very unprepared.

All they asked me was for an overview of my full work experience and why I was interested in Gusto. Nothing about the job itself, my leadership philosophy, strengths and weakness, etc.
