Interview
The entire process from start to finish (applying, interviewing, and accepting the position) took about 3 months. I had an initial HR call and then another interview with two other people that I would be working with. They stayed in constant communication and answered any questions I had. I am excited about my journey with Guardian Life.

Q: Describe a time when you had multiple competing priorities. Were you able to meet your deadlines, why or why not?
Good in communication expectations and insurance knowledge is helpful to clear the interview. Underwriting and marketing is additional knowledge to clear interview. It's had both it and non it.

Interview
It was a zoom meeting. Interviewer asked specific questions about my background, work experience, etc. Then I asked questions about the role, whom I am reporting to, working hours and if they are using a hybrid model for working from home and the office.
