Groupon Software Development Engineer Lll interview questions

Got a call through consultancy . Asked to do an assignment . One day interview consist 4 rounds. 1. Panel never gets available . Someone else always take it . 2. There was no clue about the assignment submitted. Whoever I asked from the panel , they said they don't know about it . 3. All irrelevant question was asked and that is pretty obvious when panel is not available and they don't know what they should ask about the role . 4. Panel themselves were asking me have u got assignment or it was hacker rank test when I asked about the assignment . Dear Groupon, before hiring any one ,first you get an interview panel . You are actually waisting everyones time and you will loose good candidate because panel is not aware about the candidate completed round. It's not about the feedback but if it was positive also , I would have never joined it after seeing . It was the worst interview process I have ever seen in my entire carrier . I had to wait 40 mins before each round .
