You start with a phone screen, then a formal interview, at which point they inform you if you are hired. During the phone screen they describe the job and ask about related experience as well as interest in the position. Once you are brought in for a formal interview you are walked through the facility as they describe training and what is expected from the role. You then interview with at least 2 different managers. They describe activity metrics, expectations and general overview of the position. They ask questions to find if you will fit culturally, and motivationally within the groupon environment
