Internet application> phone interview> in person interview> group training I thought the phone interview portion was too lengthy and casual. The internet application itself was easy and if you have a referral it seemed like you were pushed through faster, which is normal. Overall a great interviewing process but i thought it could of sped up for those candidates they were serious about.
