Interview
Phone interview with a recruiting manager. Met with 3 sales managers in the office. Overall it was pretty standard interview questions. I enjoyed everyone I met with except one manager was rather unprofessional and was complaining about internal problems in the company which I thought was very strange.

If someone told you they don't want to use Groupon because it's too expensive what would your response be?
The interview process is simple and they're 4 rounds as listed below;
1. GD
2. Versant test
3. Manager round (Email writing)
4. HR round (Salary discussion)
Once selected, you'll be given the offer letter and you can join.

The process was great and expectations were clearly communicated. The person that interviewed me was very energetic. They spoke to me about the history of the role and what they needed within the position.

It was easy and was able to crack it. Basic interview rounds and good company to work with. You can go for it if you are interested to work in customer service and okey with night shifts.
