Interview
First two phone interviews are with the corporate recruiter getting general information about your resume and background to qualify for postion. The third interview is with a division sales manager over a few states and the final interview is with a regional sales manager that is just a couple steps away from executive level. The third interview was questions about selling style, what kind of numbers you are used to going after, how comfortable are you with the "hunters" mentality and the goals for the city are pretty aggressive so you need to be aggressive as well. The final interview was same thing just on a broader scale not as dialed down to the divisional level. I wasn't chosen for the position because they went with someone who had daily deal experience and not just sales and marketing experience.
The interview process for an account executive role is rigorous, focusing on your consultative sales approach, ability to navigate complex deal cycles, overcome objections, and demonstrate genuine, results-driven relationship building.

Interview
Phone Call interview with recruiter. She invited me to go for the next steps. I was scheduled for a 1 hour google meet with managers. That interview was canceled two days beforehand by another recruiter that I never even spoke with, she said she canceled all existing interviews due to "hiring pause" and that she will reach out as soon as they can reschedule. I emailed both recruiters after I received that message and no response! Pretty unprofessional, unorganized, and lack of communication. During this same time, I have interviewed with other large companies and the recruiters were better at every single company.

Interview
I was contacted by a really lovely HR representative for an introductory call. I got a really good sense of the company and role just in that first call. I was updated regularly and given lots of opportunities to ask questions and to gain feedback.
