Well I just walked in and asked to speak to manager, like who I spoke to was most likely assistant manager . it was actually a great day the store manager was in and I got a on the spot (INTERVIEW) and manager really like how I spoke. She brought me back to the store and handed me some paper's and I brought it back 2 days after and had to fill out the survey for company.. Haven't heard from them until this Monday when I called to see how the process was going and got hired on phone ..

Basic interview questions, very nice. Make sure you prepare your answers as this will make or break your chance. Things like, what’s your availability, why did u leave your last job, why do you want to work in retail etc...

Interview
Applied online, then was called to come in for a 1:1 interview with an assistant sales manager. All questions were very basic, i.e. what do you know about our company and stores, why do you want to work here, and customer service based situational questions. Interview was pretty casual and I had to wait 30 minutes in the store before the interviewer was ready.
