The phone screen with the recruiter was amazing. They took their time and listened to my answers.
I had a different experience with the hiring manager. This person was in a hurry and fired off questions back to back. I felt the need to provide short answers due to my small window of opportunity.
Their program manager manager positions are really project manager positions.

Interview
Multiple interviews over a six week process. Recruiter call, hiring manager call, take home assignment, panel interview, executive interview, then offer. During the process Greenhouse was great about keeping me up to speed on next steps and I never wondered about what was coming.
