The first interview was intense. The job description wasn’t clear and this is clearly a start up, hiring manager did the first interview with no HR screen. The company is remote so the interview was also remote.

Company is sourcing thousands of resumes for their open marketing manager position but switching them to "not selected" immediately. Job does not appear to be legitimate and may just be a way to build their pipeline. Shady practice.
