They typically have HR review your resume. If selected, you will be called in for an interview with the supervisor. The interview will be conducted with very direct questions or will be more like a conversation to get to know you better. It is always changing so you never know what you are going to get. The interview questions are typical questions you can google. They do not put a lot of effort in making it structured.

Interview
A bit awkward, Supervisor seemed distraught. Office seemed in a state of disarray. My first impression of the office was not very impressive. The dress code was not as professional as they stated, just my observation of some of the office staff I ran into on my way in and out.
