Interview
Pretty easy interview process. Two rounds, mainly behavioral questions with some situational questions and questions about working in a team setting. Very friendly interviewers who were happy to answer any questions or concerns I had about the position and seemed to have positive feelings about working at Grant Thornton. I would definitely prepare basic accounting concepts but overall mainly focused on behavioral questions.

2 directors asked about general interview questions, including tell me about yourself, strengths and weakness, any prior accounting internship experiences. There were no technical questions which were asked in the interview, mostly behavioral and conversational.
Pretty simple. Just two rounds, back to back (30 min) with two different people in the same department. It was all behavorial questions and mainly just concerning my resume. Overall, they were very nice and it was good experience.

2 interviews back to back, one partner, one senior manager. STAR behavior questions. Overall very go with the flow, but must show concrete examples and no technical questions asked .
