    Great people and culture, hours are more reasonable than other public firms, can expect to move up in the firm at a good pace

    Underwhelming salary for the amount of hours worked, no overtime or days in lieu like most (if not all) public firms

    Pros

    -Amazing people, great group of colleagues -Always participating in events to improve work/life balance -Working from home was an option

    Cons

    -Scheduling for clients was not great, sometimes would end up having to travel way too far when someone else could've been better suited for the job (location wise) -Pay is below average

    Advice to Management

    Overall, great place to work however - management should take more time into helping their staff below them succeed and really understand the job.
