      Pros

Incredible CEO and executive team who curate policies to support growth in every colleague

      Cons

High intensity environment, tools (like time entry software) make it difficult to live the values/intention of balance easily - some muddy tools that are actively being worked on to improve.

Great culture but most typical firm problems still exist

      Pros

Great culture, great people to work with, great team environment and lots of opportunities due to growth (out West at least). The firm puts a significant focus on culture, inclusion and wellness, making it at least seem like they really care about their people.

      Cons

Low pay, long hours during peak season and excessive PD requirements outside of peak season, all typical firm problems.

      Pros

Dorothy is the office manager and she is one of the nicest people you could ever hope to work with. I just feel so bad that the own is so disrespectful towards her and she works way too many hours.

      Cons

Owner watches you all day and will walk by you without even acknowledging your existence, unless you work too slow. Don’t even think about taking a break, no one gets up from their desks or even talks to each other all day. She wants you to work too fast and cut corners. I knew my time was limited there once I pointed out people’s errors that cost clients more money. If you have no personality and like working in factories for little pay and no gratitude, this is the place to start your accounting career. Otherwise, I do not recommend.
