I interviewed through university recruiting. I attended career fairs and got to know associates in the practice I was interested in and then was invited to first round interviews which was 2 back to back behaviorals with a senior associate and a manager in the DT&M practice. It took less than a week for GT to get back to me that I got a second round interview at their Chicago office. At the office visit we spent the day learning about GT's vibrant culture and networking with more employees. There was 1 behavioral interview with the head partner of the practice and 1 team case interview with 2 other members of the DT&M team: a partner and senior associate.
