I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Austin, TX) in Sep 2014
Interview
The interviewers are pretty casual and they are very engaging. They did not treat us to dinner or recruit intensively as they were losing interest as students were going straight to the big four or industry and rejecting their offer.

Question 1
What are some of your greatest strengths and how did you handle them?
Very friendly and they tell you what they really are looking for in a candidate. There were a few stages of interview I did before I was interviewed with the manager that I will work with.

Causal but the interviewer was so inattentive, rumbled all the time, just look around everywhere but didn’t look at you, he just want to finish the interview as soon as possible. Even did say goodbye to you
