Process was of 2 rounds. In first round, I was expecting a call but there was no call but an email with excel sheet containing all technical tools as parameters and to judge yourself on the scale of 1 to 10. Give answer very honestly as same will be reflected on the main interview. Second Round was face to face interview with 2 senior guys. For me, it was the most technical interview I have ever given. Interviewer asked me to think aloud if I dont know answer. They want to know your thinking process whether its logical or not. Even if you dont answer, give it a honest try. I dint knew some questions, but I was thinking aloud what was going in my mind and it helped me to survive the 2 hour interview.
