Google Telecoms Engineer interview questions

Had eight interviews in total with Google for a Telecoms Engineer role in EMEA. Very poorly organized and conducted interviews with lots of irrelevant questions. Negatives: Recruiter messed up the dates/times of most interviews. Voice quality was terrible on the phone. Call was dropped several times during the interview due to a technical glitch in Google's PBX... remember that this was an interview for a Telecoms Engineer role. Lots of young enthusiastic but conceited people. Iirrelevant questions were asked. I felt like they are looking for a project manager+software developer when the job spec was clearly written for a Telcoms Engineer. Positives: Food and beverages were provided during the onsite interview.
