Friendly interview process, interviewer asked one behavioral question and 3 hypothetical questions, which would actually be a real life scenario for an Account strategist when they get into the role. Managing difficult situations as an Account Strategist, your approach when things go haywire. The idea is to think you are already an account strategist, understand the problems that you might face and prepare for the interview accordingly. If you fail to do so, it will be difficult. Passed the screening call last week.
rd1 interview is coming up this week (11 days after).
Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.

Waiting on the final decision now. Process took about two months
Currently interviewing, would love to learn other's experience. I passed both assessments online, they were pretty easy and took about 30-40min each. Did a phone screening, now waiting for interviews.
