Recruiter reached out after applying online. A couple phone interviews, followed by in-person interviews. Great mix of questions from behavioral to case based. Google is looking for someone who can adapt quickly in ambiguous situations and a keen business sense. After the interviews, my application was passed onto the hiring committee. They took a week to get back to me with a very competitive offer.

Organised , 2-3 rounds , more about media experience and more follow-up questions … last few minutes for questions to hiring manager … confident answer in STAR method is best way to proceed
