      Quantitative Compensation Specialist Interview

      Sep 7, 2010
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Mountain View, CA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Google (Mountain View, CA) in Aug 2010

      Interview

I feel the interview went well, but I believe my resume (GPA and lack of experience) deterred them from continuing the process. The recruiter was a gem and made the interview very relaxing. I feel the Strengths and Weakness type of questions are the most difficult for me, and these types of questions were very limited in the interview. I was happy to get the famous Google problem solving questions. However, maybe if these questions were a bit more difficult, I would have impressed them into thinking I was qualified.
