Applied from google jobs page. Was contacted by the recruiter for initial screening. Had 3 technical interviews. The recruiter will help you with all the required information and materials to prepare and will provide review after each round.
Got the job and accepted it too. The entire process took close to 30-40 days.

Interview
Positive and friendly, we struck a conversation. The interviewer asked more questions to lead to different thinking paths which definitely helped me answer the questions. At one point though I said the wrong answer and he did follow up, I didn't double down I just expressed my doubts. I think that's why I lost the interview. I did get a compliment for one of the behavior questions and I did solve 1 technical question, so 50% of the interview I think I did well but the other 50% I think I didn't reach expectations.

Interview
The interviewers were very nice so it was easy to feel comfortable, however it is necessary to know the skills part as that was very Intense. It lasted for 45 mins, a one on one session
Interview process was very smooth. The HR team was very kind and helpful throughout the process. They genuinely care about everyone. Warm and friendly people. They conducted sessions before the interview to prepare us on the syllabus and type of questions.
