The interview process began with a recruiter phone screen focusing on my background and motivation for applying. I was then invited to two rounds of interviews with team members. The first round focused on technical accounting knowledge, such as month-end close, consolidations, and regulatory reporting, while also testing my understanding of financial controls. The second round was more behavioral, where I was asked about teamwork, problem-solving under tight deadlines, and how I’ve applied data analytics in my past audit experience. Overall, the process was structured but very detailed, and required strong preparation across both technical and soft skills.
