I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (Washington, DC) in Jul 2025
Interview
There is a screening, then assessment, if you pass then there is a day of panel interviews. I had four interviews - two with two people and two with three people. Each interview was 1/2 to 45 min. There was a short break - sometimes. Each interview group was late. All appeared to have read my resume. But they were not great interviewers - partially due the the short time for discussion. Behavioral and technical questions. There is a ton online to help prep for these questions. After the interviews I sent thank you and received some responses to the thank you - positive engagement - then cricket - no final decision, no circle back nothing. I contacted HR NOTHING! After the hours invested this really put me off. I cannot believe there was no closure. Even not making the cut deserves a call or email.
