Once you get on the call, there is not much small talk and you immediately get asked verbally leetcode questions, then they will make a modification to the question where you have to accordingly adapt your answer (usually a constraint on time or space).

Different interviewers have different focus, one of my interview's technical question was purely focused on algorithms. The other one asked some typical quant math questions and one coding following.

3 back to back interview with VP/ED/MD. Interviews are fine, no hard questions. They wanna find people with good vibes.
Group interview and writing case. very intense. Need to be proactive and collaborative at the same time.
