I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (New York, NY) in Jul 2008
Interview
Long day of interviews with 5 or 6 people. AFTER about 3 rounds of phone interviews. Paperwork to fill out was more extensive than CIA. Face to face interviews were to see if you'd be a good fit. Good people there, except for a guy leading a commodities area named JB.
