Although I didn't get the job, my experience throughout the whole process was great. I interviewed with HR, worked on a challenge and presented it to the hiring manager and someone else in the leadership team. They kept me updated promptly and even though it took them a while to make a decision, they continuously checked in with me to say they were still evaluating all candidates to make a decision. The best thing was they gave me super detailed feedback at the end, which I really appreciated.

The application process at CitizenLab for the Digital Marketer's role was a positive experience. From the initial call to the final culture check, everything felt well-organized and transparent. The communication was excellent, with the Hed of Marketing readily available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Completing the assignment was a great way to showcase my skills, and the culture check provided valuable insights into the company's values and work environment.
