Interview
First stage was, pre employment assessments but the software was buggy and answers where not being submitted, after informing the recruiter the issue got fixed. Interview was standard, it lasted about 30 minutes
The interview has a defined set up. It is formalised and you know what to expect. The recruiters are polite. The interview mood is friendly. The difficulty of cases is high.

It is bassically three stages
First 2 stages were behavioural interviews with two managers. One per stage
Last stage was a case interview with a panel of 5 people. The case study is based on expansion with a set budget
