I recently had the opportunity to interview for a position at Globant, focusing on iOS development. The interview was conducted in a professional yet welcoming atmosphere, where the interviewers were keen on assessing my technical proficiency with iOS, Swift, and CoreData.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Globant
Interview
Worst process ever. I was serving NP.
Clear the interview. Submitted documents. Completed HR round. She agreed to offer X LPA.
HR said to release offer letter on my LWD.
How can I decline to my existing offer on last moment (Not ethical way).
I requested to release offer 20 days prior to my LWD. So that I can make my decision. But she did not.
HR called me 9 days before my LWD, she was still telling the same, and additionally she decreased the offer amount (X-2 LPA) that supposed to give me on LWD.
I wasted my time to complete all the interview rounds.
I would give an advice, don't wast ur time for the interview with Globant.
