Interview
Interview process at Pune India globant really need to revamp else it would be hard to attract good talent. Few rounds of interview was felt like interrogation than discussion. Senior leader was multi-tasking during video interview which felt disrespectful.
Round 1 was awesome, person was technical and was asking real life questions which was very relevant to position.
