It was very bad experience for me, they called me for interview after selecting my profile but when I reached there they said your profile does not match and interview did not happened. When you are inviting candidate for interview make sure he already match with your technical skill requirements, sending candidate back home without taking interview is really bad. Totally unprofessional way to handle interview process.
