Was terrible. Im extremly dissapointed. I had 1 hour call and i was talking a lot with the girl. She seemed to be stupid and annoying. Was asking me questions, but not listening answers. At the end she asked me how much i would like to earn. Like i had any influence on this and like my opinion was so important during considering the rate of my salary. Turn out that its 2000 zł brutto for whole month. Even shop assistant earn more.
one technical that is level one after that 1 more technical level 2 and after that Managerial. at the end Hr. or salary discussion. after that you have to upload the documents for Bgv and also send it to the recruiter.

The process of the interview was well organized. The recruitment Specialist told me all the information I was interested in. The questions were relevant to the position. Ex. Have you ever used an X-ray or Boolean search?

The recruiting process was brief and accurate. It included three interviews and one assessment. One with HR, 2 with hiring manager. Assessment had two steps 1 based on previous work and activities and the second find professionals with the profile close to 2 openings shared.
