Initial 30 minutes interview with HR, 1 hour technical interview and 1 hour management interview. Seems they are very inflexible with remote work. I've only asked about their policy and they told my recruiter that I was very concerned to come to office twice a week. This not true at all as I never said that, I really just asked, but since they are so proud of their office, they don't stop telling you this, I think it in an heresy to ask about. Besides that totally not true excuse they told they 'feel' I came across with very low energy. Honestly I have no clue what that means and as a hiring manager myself I would never decide on someone's else future based on my feelings. I think that is very offensive and borderline to something like 'i didn't like that guy but I don't have a reason for that' type of excuse.
