I have been working at Global Relay full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - company is growing rapidly, more than 50% this year, no slowdown foreseen
    - solid business model based on archiving makes revenue stream very resistant to any economic crisis
    - despite getting close to 1000 employees, company managed to keep bureaucracy and hierarchy levels quite low
    - work-life balance is sustainable

    Cons

    - due to the fast growth, governance and processes cannot always keep up; some areas might appear to be a little chaotic
    - priorities can change fast, sometimes requiring team changes that are rarely desired but deemed necessary
