Glenigan interview questions

3 stage process -video call with Recruitment, product demo and video call with recruitment and senior member of staff, final video call with both again. Was fine until the last call where questions became very invasive. Was told I didn't get an offer due to uncertainty around resilience despite positive conversations around it.

3 stage interview. First stage running through CV, second stage senior management third stage product demonstration. Each stage got slightly more difficult in the questioning style with some attempts to trip you up. Very good and thorough process.
