3 stage process -video call with Recruitment, product demo and video call with recruitment and senior member of staff, final video call with both again.
Was fine until the last call where questions became very invasive.
Was told I didn't get an offer due to uncertainty around resilience despite positive conversations around it.

Thorough, they want the best people for the job. As it's one of the strongest roles in the area, they can be selective. The Candidate will need to be prepared so look at the website.
