Interview
Call with recruiter Interview with Director 2 further interviews with Senior Managers The interviews are so structured, it is so old school. Each interviewers just reads off a set list of questions and then type type type while you are talking. There is zero conversation which is a real shame. As so many other reviews here say, the feedback culture is atrocious. It took over 2 months for me to get the rejection email. I was emailing my TA rep every week, and I never got a single reply from them. Not even a simple "we are still evaluating etc.." just radio silence. Then out of the blue you just get the automatic rejection email. Such a shame that such a big company's recruitment process is still so bad. I hope the team reads these Glassdoor reviews one day and actually changes something for future candidates as it truly is an awful experience, the worst interview process I have ever been a part of.

Interview
Had 2 interviews that i accommodated outside of my hours but that suited theirs - Answered everything easily enough and then.......Silence, got ghosted for 2 weeks and still haven't heard anything despite 2 emails. If this is their interview process, imagine working for them. Unprofessional and lack of respect. In line with what many, many others are saying so it must be part of their culture. I would avoid them at all costs.
