Applied online, got a response from a recruiter about two weeks later. They broke down the process and what was to be expected. They scheduled an initial first interview with the manager of the team I would be working with. Fairly decent conversation, with some questions surro my experience. I thought it was a fairly decent conversation, and he laid out next steps. The next step was an assessment, but couple days went by and I reached back out to the team to see when I should be expecting the assessment. They said I should be hearing back soon. To my surprise it wasn't an email regarding the assessment but, an automated rejection email. This was a complete waste of my time and I feel that they could've at least had someone give me some feedback. Don't bother wasting your time here.
