I applied online. I interviewed at GitHub in Aug 2018
Interview
Our call was scheduled for 30 minutes and most of the time I listened about organization structure and how cool the company is. It was interesting for sure, but not really making sense at that point. By the end of " interview" recruiter asked me 1 question and informed me about 1 hour assessment I need to pass after call ends, which I really didn't have time for and honestly was not prepared. May be it was some kind of the stress test :) Thus I believe they are great team.

30 minute Hiring screen, one hour manager interview, case assignment. I wasn't able to present my case assignment as the position was filled before my scheduled interview. Still it was a good interview experience.
