Extremely disappointing experience with Genpact's walk-in interview process.
I received an official-looking email from HR inviting me for a walk-in interview. I took the effort, time, and spent money to attend — only to be told on arrival that the email was "automated" and they're not currently hiring for the role. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to job seekers. Wasting someone’s time, money, and energy like this is unacceptable. Genpact should seriously reconsider how they treat candidates. I expected better from a reputed company, but this shows a clear lack of coordination and basic courtesy. Absolutely the worst experience
