At first I was very impressed by HR and web site and felt like it is the right place. But on site interview was strange. At first I was interviewed not by my possible boss, but by another persons. Not sure that those haven't some personal things in mind regarding position. I expressed how I had been impressed by company site to them and how wonderful company appearance to me. Got sarcastic laugh and question like: ARe you sure that you are talking about this company? Than there was pronounced some uncertainty in quality of company processes and pleasure to work there. All above confused me because it's strange behaviour to face a candidate on job interview. And HR haven't gave me any update and left question about reason of rejection unanswered.
